Park in the Drop Zone
Pull into the gravel lot on the east side of the building, next to the shipping container marked DROP. Lock your doors.

Key Drop
Drop your vehicle when it works for you. Four simple steps and you're done — we'll handle the rest in the morning.

Fill Out an Envelope
Envelopes are in the mounted black box on the wall by the side door. Write your name, phone, vehicle, and a brief note about the work needed.

Drop Keys + Envelope
Seal the envelope with your keys inside. Slide it through the steel slot on the front of the box. It's locked and only RRK staff opens it.

We'll Call You
First thing in the morning we'll inspect the vehicle, call you with a quote, and get to work once you give the green light.
Pro Tips
- Lock all valuables in the trunk or take them home.
- Make sure your fuel level is at least 1/4 tank.
- Note any pre-existing damage on the envelope.
- If it's after a snowfall, please clear the windows.
